The Energy Committee of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUIG) has a new leader. Anatolij Gordikow, an experienced sales manager at APS Energia SA, a Polish company that makes advanced power supply systems, has been chosen for this important role.

APS Energia SA, established in 1995 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, specializes in creating high-tech power supply systems. These systems are used in various industries, such as energy, transportation, oil and gas, renewable energy, and defense. The company has been doing business in Ukraine for more than ten years and even set up a subsidiary there in 2012.

Since 2020, APS Energia SA has been part of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and actively takes part in its initiatives. Because of the strong collaboration between the company and the chamber, and because of the company’s extensive experience in Ukraine, Anatolij Gordikow has been selected as the chairman of the PUIG Energy Committee.

“I’m really proud that Anatoly Gordikov is now leading the PUIG Energy Committee. His expertise and enthusiasm in the energy industry have helped APS Energia succeed in many foreign markets. I’m confident that his dedication and knowledge will strengthen the energy cooperation between Poland and Ukraine. I wish him success in this new role, which I believe will further enhance our relationship with Ukrainian partners,” says Piotr Szewczyk, President of the Management Board of APS Energia.

The PUIG is involved in 18 industry committees that initiate and promote projects for cooperation between Poland and Ukraine. In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, these committees play a crucial role in supporting economic initiatives and helping with the country’s reconstruction.

“I’m thrilled to be a part of the PUIG team. Given my background and the current situation in Ukraine, I promise to do my best to take the right actions for Ukraine. This includes developing energy infrastructure and strengthening ties with Ukrainian business owners. In these challenging times, our neighboring country needs special attention, and I’m confident that together we’ll rebuild Ukraine and gain valuable experiences,” explains Anatoly Gordikow, chairman of the PUIG Energy Committee.

PUIG brings together Polish and Ukrainian entrepreneurs and is one of the oldest bilateral chambers of commerce in Poland. For over 30 years, it has worked towards enhancing economic and cultural relations between the two countries. By implementing various initiatives that support Polish-Ukrainian relations, the chamber effectively promotes and assists Polish investors in Ukraine and Ukrainian investors in Poland. The Chamber also serves as a platform for collaboration with Polish, Ukrainian, and international business and cultural organizations.
