Greenvolt Group Expands in Ireland: Enerpower Rebrands as Greenvolt Next Ireland. Greenvolt Group, a global leader in renewable energy, has announced that its Irish subsidiary, Enerpower powered by Greenvolt, specializing in distributed energy solutions, will now operate under the name Greenvolt Next Ireland.

Over the past two decades, Enerpower has established itself as a leader in the Irish renewable energy market, helping businesses across the country reduce their carbon footprints. The company designs, installs, and maintains renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic installations, heat pumps, biomass boilers, and wind systems. To date, Enerpower has completed over 700 projects, with 300 MW of contracted capacity, of which 160 MW is already installed. Among its clients are prominent companies such as PepsiCo, Lidl, Pfizer, and Virgin Media.

Aiming for 1GW of Renewable Energy by 2030
The rebranding aligns with Greenvolt Group’s ambitious goal of delivering 1 GW of renewable energy by the end of the decade, supporting Ireland’s national target of sourcing 80% of its energy from renewables by 2030. Greenvolt Next Ireland leverages the Group’s extensive expertise in distributed energy solutions, a critical component of its global strategy, with operations in 12 markets, primarily in Europe and also in Indonesia.

João Manso Neto, CEO of Greenvolt Group, highlighted the importance of this transition:
“We are very pleased with what we have achieved since acquiring Enerpower, making this a natural and decisive step in strengthening the Group’s commitment to the Irish market. Ireland is key to our business strategy, and with a strong customer portfolio and a management team determined to meet ambitious renewable energy delivery goals, I am confident in Greenvolt Next Ireland’s future.”

Owen Power, Managing Director of Greenvolt Next Ireland, added:
“This year marks the 20th anniversary of our operations, and transitioning to the Greenvolt Next brand makes this milestone even more special. I am extremely proud of our growth as a leader in renewable energy, supporting Ireland’s efforts to decarbonize its industries. Joining Greenvolt Group has opened a new chapter, allowing us to collaborate and innovate with experts across Europe. Now, as Greenvolt Next, we look forward to helping even more Irish businesses reduce carbon emissions and build a greener future.”

Comprehensive Distributed Energy Solutions
Supported by Greenvolt Group’s pan-European platform, Greenvolt Next offers decentralized energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic systems for individual and collective use, energy efficiency improvements, and solar energy storage. These solutions are bolstered by flexible financing options such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), providing businesses with access to affordable, predictable renewable energy without upfront costs.
