Electromobility market acquisition: Koronea buys Stacjeladowania.com
Koronea Family Office has acquired a 100% stake in Stacjeladowania.com, a company specialising in the sale, installation and servicing of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The acquisition is intended to strengthen the Koronea Group’s expertise in electromobility and enable it to provide customers with comprehensive support, from equipment selection to post-warranty service.
The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. The parties said the amount is subject to a confidentiality clause.
Comprehensive charging infrastructure services
The acquisition of the Zielona Góra-based company is expected to give the Koronea Group greater control over the entire process of delivering electromobility projects. The group’s offering will include equipment sales, project preparation, installation, commissioning and subsequent servicing.
Through the transaction, Koronea also aims to make more effective use of the potential of ZPUE products, improve customer service quality and develop recurring revenue generated by servicing activities.
Stacjeladowania.com operates as an integrator, contractor and service provider for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Since launching its operations, the company has installed more than 1,000 AC and DC charging stations. Its customers include electric bus fleet operators, charging networks and industrial companies.
Koronea expands its power engineering group
The acquisition is another element of Koronea Family Office’s long-term strategy. Its objective is to build a group combining manufacturing, technology, engineering, contracting and servicing capabilities for the energy sector.
Koronea’s portfolio includes ZPUE, ZPUE GmbH, German engineering company BWTS Energy Services and Turkish transformer manufacturer Atlas Trafo.
The addition of Stacjeladowania.com complements the group’s existing capabilities with a specialised sales, installation and after-sales service channel. Koronea expects the acquisition to help increase sales of ZPUE solutions and facilitate access to new customers, including fleet operators, charging networks, industrial plants and local businesses.
“The acquisition of Stacjeladowania.com is another step in building a group that not only manufactures solutions for the energy sector, but can also sell, implement and service them at customers’ sites. The market now expects comprehensive support, and this transaction strengthens our ability to offer customers a complete solution, from product to service,” says Michał Wypychewicz, CEO of Koronea Family Office.

One partner for customers
Combining the experience of Stacjeladowania.com with the Koronea Group’s product and technology resources is expected to benefit customers of both companies. Customers will be able to work with a single partner responsible for selecting the right solution, supplying the equipment, installation, commissioning and subsequent servicing.
ZPUE customers will gain access to broader implementation and servicing capabilities. Stacjeladowania.com, in turn, will be able to draw on the capital, technology and product resources of a larger group.
“For Stacjeladowania.com, joining the Koronea Group means greater opportunities for growth, access to product and technology resources, and the stability needed to further expand sales and servicing. We want to retain our close relationships with customers and our entrepreneurial approach while operating with much stronger backing,” says Adam Agacki, CEO of Stacjeladowania.com.
Brand, headquarters and management remain unchanged
Following completion of the transaction, Stacjeladowania.com will continue to operate under its existing brand. The company will also retain its headquarters in Zielona Góra.
Adam Agacki will remain CEO and will continue to be responsible for operations, sales and servicing. The new owner plans to further expand the team. No workforce reductions are planned.
Koronea invests in energy and technology
Koronea Family Office is a multi-generational investment company owned by the Wypychewicz family. It focuses on long-term investments in the energy, industrial, technology and media sectors. The group acts as an ownership, competence and advisory centre for companies including ZPUE, ZPUE GmbH, BWTS Energy Services, Atlas Trafo, ECLSoft, e-magazyny.pl and Gramwzielone.pl.
One of the group’s main pillars is ZPUE, a manufacturer of solutions for the modern energy sector. The company combines electrical power equipment, engineering expertise and its proprietary SPS Soft software to provide customers with integrated systems ready for commissioning.
Electromobility market continues to grow
The acquisition comes at a time of accelerating growth in Poland’s electromobility market. According to the Electromobility Counter, at the end of June 2026 Poland had 13,201 publicly accessible charging points, 49% of which were fast DC chargers. A year earlier, in June 2025, there were 10,255 charging points, with DC chargers accounting for just 33%. This represents network growth of around 29% year on year, while the fast DC charging segment nearly doubled.
The vehicle fleet served by this infrastructure is growing just as rapidly. The number of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) reached 154,947 in June 2026, compared with 89,605 a year earlier, an increase of more than 58%. Public transport is growing even faster: according to PZPM, the number of electric buses increased by more than 600% year on year in the first half of 2026, reaching 2,647 vehicles.
